New to Las Vegas, Imaginarium, an all-ages outdoor immersive 3D light festival boasting five million colorful lights across five acres of interactive experiences, sought to attract families from a range of backgrounds to its “Instagrammable” illuminated fantasy attractions. Located at the family-themed destination resort, Westgate Resorts, Imaginarium wished to amplify the launch of its limited-time-only pop-up event and boost sales through impactful media storytelling and influencer marketing.

To drive consumer demand prior to the event, BrandBomb PR hosted a pre-event launch party and developed a custom database of over 200 key influencers, content creators and media professionals. An ongoing influencer marketing campaign helped generate social media buzz. Following the launch, BrandBomb PR distributed an event media recap to further increase awareness.

results

Distributing an announcement press release and targeted pitches across online, print, radio and broadcast media platforms, BrandBomb PR and influencer marketing efforts helped to attract more than 600 VIP attendees to the pre-grand opening event. In addition to generating over 118 online media placements, BrandBomb PR secured on-site, live in-studio segments and verbal mentions on all of Las Vegas’ broadcast news stations (ABC, CBS, NBC, CW and FOX), totaling 40 broadcast features in all. Most notably, the proven success of the limited-time-only event resulted in a 3-month contract extension at Westgate Resorts.
