We offer a hybrid work schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The nature of our industry does require us to be flexible with our schedule as there are often times, additional staffing requirements in the early morning, evening, and on weekends are needed for media opportunities, celebrity appearances and events.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:​​
Public Relations Manager
​
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced PR Manager (4+ years, agency experience preferred) to lead client accounts, oversee high-level campaign strategies and play a foundational role in developing the team as it grows. This proactive leader will bring strong organizational, writing, and storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of local and national media relations. Flexibility is required for occasional early morning, evening, and weekend hours for events and media opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or related field
-
Three+ years in PR (agency experience preferred)
-
Las Vegas-based with reliable transportation
-
Strong AP style command and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement high-level strategic public relations and marketing campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their goals
-
Lead and recap client meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
-
Provide ongoing account management, including drafting and overseeing the completion of biographies, press releases, client coverage reports, event recaps, shot lists, award nominations, celebrity sightings, pitching calendars, conducting research and updating press kits

Manage on-site staffing for media interviews, events, photo shoots, TV filmings, etc.

Build and maintain strong local and national media relationships, securing tailored placements

Plan and execute red carpet events, celebrity appearances and grand openings
-
Be deadline-driven, self-motivated, and have strong follow-up and reporting skills

Identify and explore outside-the-box opportunities for partnerships, events, and collaborations to expand client reach

Manage and mentor junior staff

Monitor industry trends to uncover new opportunities and maintain relevance in strategies

Public Relations Specialist
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a highly skilled entry-level PR professional with some hands-on experience who’s eager to advance. As an "experienced entry-level" position, it requires a solid grasp of PR basics and readiness to manage real client responsibilities. Strong writing skills, mastery of AP style, and excellent communication abilities are essential, as you’ll craft compelling media-facing narratives for local and national outlets. Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain media relationships are equally crucial. You’ll need the confidence to juggle multiple accounts, stay detail-oriented under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Cultivate and manage relationships with key journalists and influencers to drive consistent visibility

Seamlessly handle multiple client accounts, balancing priorities and delivering results across various campaigns

Actively monitor media landscapes, identifying timely coverage opportunities for each client
-
Manage on-site staffing for media interviews, events, photo shoots, filmings, etc

Plan and support high-visibility events, from media previews to grand openings, ensuring strong media attendance and coverage

Collaborate on media outreach strategies, keeping campaigns innovative and relevant
