We're a fast growing boutique PR and marketing agency for beauty, hospitality, entertainment, cannabis and wellness brands. Our team is currently working remote, with the exception of weekly brainstorm lunches and "in-the-field" work including but not limited to photo shoots, media interviews, events, client meetings, journalist meet-and-greets, industry mixers and more.  We plan to return to the office on a part-time basis in the near future. Although our schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., our schedule does require us to be flexible as there are at times additional staffing requirements in the early morning, evening, and on weekends needed for media opportunities, celebrity appearances and events. 


Public Relations Coordinator

If you are Las Vegas based, holding a bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism or marketing, with a minimum of one year of agency or in-house experience, and are looking for a career where you can continuously evolve and learn new things, are creative, organized, enthusiastic, motivated, a multi-tasker and live by the mantra, work hard and play harder - - then shoot us an email with your resume , cover letter and a portfolio, if you have one, to: 

Role and Responsibility:

  • Create and implement strategic public relations and marketing campaigns for multiple clients

  • Proactive media monitoring and maintaining trackers of media and pending placements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Ongoing account management including but not limited to composing meeting agendas, recaps, biographies, press releases, client coverage reports, shot lists, sightings, pitching calendars, conducting client-related research, updating press kits and more

  • Understands and spearheading influencer and celebrity partnerships

  • Can bring energy and enthusiasm to client brainstorms

  • Deadline-oriented, self-motivated, and inquisitive with great follow-up and reporting skills

  • Must be able to thrive in a collaborative work setting

  • Pitch, distribute and secure tailored media pitches

  • Creative storyteller that can think like a journalist to secure coverage and buzz with outlets; understands media needs and interests

  • Grow and nurture relationships with media

  • Create and update targeted media lists

  • Maximize brand awareness and visibility for clients

  • Familiar and/or have experience with PR database tools

  • Flexible, driven, creative and passionate about the PR industry

  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines and pressure

  • Excellent writing skills, experienced with AP Style and drafting copy

  • Ability to research, network and identify areas of opportunity with like-minded brands for potential client partnerships

  • Plan, develop and implement PR and marketing strategy for red carpet celebrity events and grand openings

  • Proficient with Canva, social media trends and SEO, a plus
